THE PROPERTY: Since it was opened in 1887, the Royal Theatre Carré in Amsterdam has made for first-class entertainment. Up to 1800 spectators can enjoy musical, theatrical and dance performances here throughout the year.
THE PLANNING: As part of the renovation works, the sanitary facilities were to be overhauled. For the event location with its very high numbers of visitors, the highest priorities were hygiene and sustainability in the form of low energy and water consumption.
The sanitary facilities of the Carré Theatre were equipped with touchless HANSAELECTRA fittings. Thanks to modern infrared technology, these allow for individual reduction of the water consumption. Also, the visual appearance of the 30 fittings that were installed perfectly matches the representative style of the building.
